TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Postage Costs
Obviously, every artwork is unique and delivery costs will vary depending on size, weight and destination. We will advise you of the exact cost before we process payment, but the following is a general guide to costs for delivery within the UK:

Jewellery
Jewellery is sent by Special Delivery which insures against loss or damage up to the value of the piece. Smaller items such as rings and earrings cost £6.00 and larger items such as necklaces cost £7.50.

Paintings
From £15.00 depending on size and weight.

Crafts
From £5.00 depending on size and weight.


Returns
If an artwork is unsuitable, please return within 5 days for a refund, less postage costs. In the unlikely event that work is clearly damaged when being delivered, please refuse to accept it and ask that it is returned to the gallery. All goods are returned at the sender's expense and must be returned in perfect condition in suitable packaging. Work should be returned with enough insurance cover as we are unable to offer refunds if the work is damaged, destroyed or lost during return. Once the returned work has been received undamaged we will refund the full purchase price.

For hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.
