Leigh graduated from the prestigious Glasgow School of Art in 1990 with a First Class Honours Degree in Silversmithing and Jewellery Design. While studying she received several awards including The Incorporation of Hammermen Award in her final year.
Since 1990 she has worked full time as a jewellery designer and maker, exhibiting over the years in some of the UK's finest galleries.
Her unique and innovative jewellery is designed to emphasise the beauty of the gemstones and pearls. The designs are contemporary and unusual yet still retain a classic, timeless feel. Leigh makes each one-off piece entirely by hand using the highest quality precious materials and traditional goldsmiths techniques.
Leigh's jewellery is often bought as wedding jewellery. Her stunning pearl and gemstone necklaces are perfect for the bride to be, the most exquisite finish to the wedding outfit.

Due to the high demand for Leigh's jewellery it is now almost exclusively available from The Fotheringham Gallery.
